- As an ‘Educator’ in changing conditions and to the new team members.
- As a Sponsor to provide new opportunities to the faculties to showcase their talents and strengths.
- As a coach in explaining, encouraging & planning for innovative ideas with colleagues.
Also, I think there should be the coordination between Headmistress, teachers, students, parents and staff members for the smooth running of daily activities of the school which should be done by the responsible supervisor.
